營(yíng)商環(huán)境好不好，市場(chǎng)主體說(shuō)了算！

1月17日，2023浙商年度主題大會(huì)在杭州舉行。會(huì)上，省工商聯(lián)發(fā)布2023年度浙江省“萬(wàn)家民營(yíng)企業(yè)評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境調(diào)查結(jié)果”。

浙江省委、省政府高度重視打造一流營(yíng)商環(huán)境，大力實(shí)施營(yíng)商環(huán)境優(yōu)化提升“一號(hào)改革工程”。去年8月以來(lái)，省工商聯(lián)從“黨政所需、民企所盼、工商聯(lián)所能”出發(fā)，組織開(kāi)展了2023年度浙江省“萬(wàn)家民營(yíng)企業(yè)評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境”工作。本次評(píng)價(jià)覆蓋我省11個(gè)設(shè)區(qū)市、90個(gè)縣（市、區(qū)），由民營(yíng)企業(yè)線上填報(bào)并回收有效問(wèn)卷17300份，其中，中小微企業(yè)占比超過(guò)95%，涵蓋機(jī)械制造、紡織服裝、軟件服務(wù)等25個(gè)行業(yè)。評(píng)價(jià)方法采用全國(guó)工商聯(lián)現(xiàn)行評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，包括要素、政務(wù)、市場(chǎng)、法治、創(chuàng)新等五大環(huán)境，以企業(yè)填報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)相結(jié)合的方式，并委托第三方機(jī)構(gòu)（零點(diǎn)有數(shù)）進(jìn)行客觀分析評(píng)價(jià)。

根據(jù)全國(guó)工商聯(lián)發(fā)布的2023年度“萬(wàn)家民營(yíng)企業(yè)評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境”調(diào)查結(jié)果，我省營(yíng)商環(huán)境滿意度位列全國(guó)前十，獲評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境最佳口碑省份，省工商聯(lián)開(kāi)展的萬(wàn)家民營(yíng)企業(yè)評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境工作案例被評(píng)為全國(guó)十大優(yōu)秀實(shí)踐案例；杭州、寧波位列全國(guó)省會(huì)及副省級(jí)城市前十，并獲評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境最佳口碑省會(huì)及副省級(jí)城市，溫州、嘉興、紹興、金華位列全國(guó)地級(jí)市前十，溫州、金華獲評(píng)營(yíng)商環(huán)境最佳口碑地級(jí)市。
